I’m Olly, the founder of Stripey Apron. I believe everyone should be able to eat meat that's good for them and good for the planet - and venison is the answer.

On a climbing trip to Scotland I fell for the highlands and the deer that roam them. But wild deer numbers have reached a biodiversity crisis. We can help solve it - whilst enjoying a truly great meat.
